Motion Drives & Gearboxes

Along with our partners Omron, Wittenstein, Oriental Motor and Trio Motion, ATC can specify, supply and support a complete range of motion products including servo motors, servo drives, inverter drives, gearboxes, stepper motors, linear slides and AC/DC motors.

Inverter Drives

Single and three phase models available in ranges from 0.1kW to 1100kW standard communication option cards are also available including Ethernet I/P Ethercat and Profibus.

Stepper Motors & Drives

Standard frame sizes of 20mm, 42mm, 60mm and 85mm are available in addition to absolute encoder versions for precise positioning applications. Control options include standard I/O, pulse input, Modbus, Ethernet I/P and Ethercat.

Servo Motors & Drives

Ethercat control, 50W – 1.5kW ranges in cpmpact frame sizes, absolute and incremental encoder options in addition to safety over ethercat versions.

Gearboxes

Customers can choose from low backlash planetary, right angled, high precision models that can be coupled to servo motors for virtually any application from all major manufacturers. A wide variety of accessories are also available including couplings, flange shafts and shrink discs.

AC/DC Motors

Constant speed or speed control AC motors are available along with brushless DC motor speed control systems with or without gearheads.

Linear Slides, Cylinders & Rotary Actuators

Electric cylinders, rotary actuators and linear slides up to 850mm in length are available for high precision applications, control options include Ethernet I/P and Ethercat.
